She could do better than the Doctor

I really have no excuse for posting other than showing off this fabulous icon that [livejournal.com profile] calapine made. Even though, you know, he totally doesn't deserve someone as awesome as Martha.

Also if you haven't checked out her season 4 series, The Pandora Project, you should do so. It's got the Doctor, the Master, pirates, vampire squid and much more. Although, if you need more of a reason than pirates and vampire squid, you are clearly insane. Go! Read it!

You know, in your icon he sort of looks like Alan Cumming. (It's not Alan Cumming, is it? I haven't watched the whole season yet.)

It's not Alan Cumming, but you're right, it does sort of look like him.

If you have a basic idea of what happened in the season you should be fine. Familiarity with some of the old school stuff would be helpful, but I don't think necessary.
