The Daleks take Manhatten

Not a bad episode.

Martha continues to be awesome and hot and have fantastic eyebrows.

We didn't get an explaination for this trip. Did the Doctor get so caught up in his Gallifrey emo that he forgot to take her home? And if I was Martha I'd ask for a change of clothes. I guess the TARDIS has a washing machine on it, but then what does she wear while her clothes are being washed? I bet she wears the Doctor's brown suit. That's why he was wearing the blue one this week. He has the brown one in his room so he can smell Martha on it. The Doctor is kind of creepy, y'all.

I really wanted the Doctor to lick the jellyfish Dalek, and was quite upset when he just smelled it. Still we got specs twice, so I shouldn't complain.

I liked that Tallulah thinks the Doctor must "like musical theater" since he doesn't fancy Martha. She's only known Martha for five minutes and already can she her awesomeness. I expect hot OT3 action later in the season when we get SPOILER.

I hearts Daleks a lot. They pwn everything except for the green bubblewrap monster in The Ark in Space. But only because The Green Bubblewrap Monster made me laugh for hours.

That said, the Dalek/Human hybrid was ridiculous and had dildos on his face. I DON'T want to read the crazy Doctor/Dalek tentacle sex fic that will come of it. I will cry.

I was really irritated with how Martha was written this ep. Or, really, just how she didn't know what Hooverville was. I mean, she's British, yes, but she's supposed to be really educated, too. In all reality it was to explain to the kiddies what Hooverville was, but, ugh. I don't know, there was a bunch of other ways to explain it without making her look silly.

The Doctor should have licked the jellyfish. Period. I'm missing his oral tendencies this season >: O

I really hope the Dalek/Human hybrid isn't a permanent thing. It would kill me know that there aren't going to be more metal things floating around in space. The Daleks are the best/worst sci-fi villian, and can simultaniously make me fear and laugh at them. To kill that off would just be so...so...tragic.

But, that thing was UGLY. No mother anywhere would love it. And, please. No fics. I'm with you. EW.
