OMG, that would be fantastic. I know a lot of people don't like musical episodes, but sweet Tinkerbell Jesus, I love them. They don't even have to really give me a good reason for it if it means I get to hear Hugh Laurie sing.

Mar. 28th, 2007 11:47 amHas any one on my flist read The Dresden Files books? I like the TV show, and I'm thinking about getting some of the books. I was just wondering if they're any good.
It's crap like this that makes me want to shoot people in the face. The toast graphic did make me laugh though.
And if you actually watched that, you probably need something to make you feel less like going on a murderous rampage.

INCONCEIVABLE from The Princess Bride. Ok, I don't know if it's my favorite, but it's the first thing I thought of when I read this question, so that's got to mean something.
2. Who's your favorite villain from a movie, and why?
Vizzini because he's just so cute and kind of reminds me of Rodney McKay.
3. Name one movie everyone else loves that you hate.
The Cable Guy. Well if Everyone = My Family. I hate that movie, but they all love it. I'll never understand why.
4. Name one movie everyone else hates that you love.
Grease 2. There are a few people on my flist who like this movie, and I lovet them for it, but for the most part, people don't really like this one. I can't figure out why. If you can find a better song than "Cool Rider" let me know.
5. What's your favorite Pixar film, and why?
Toy Story will always have a special place in my heart. It's so cute and warm and fuzzy.

1. If John hadn't gone to Atlantis and Carson was the strongest gene, I imagine things would have gone a little bit differently. Like, they'd all be dead, differently
2. If Vala hadn't stuck that bracelet on Daniel's wrist they never would have found the ancient treasure which wouldn't have lead them to the Ori. Daniel would have ended up on Atlantis and Cam would never have gotten the band back together.
3. If Casey had left Dan for the Late Night job, his marriage probably still would have ended, but there would have been no Sports Night, and he probably wouldn't be having sex with Dan.
4. If Stacy had picked House over Mark, House still would have been miserable, Stacey would have been miserable, they would have broken up again, and Wilson would have had to pick up all the pieces again. Sometime people just shouldn't be together. Especially if one of them is annoying and can't move her face anymore.
5. If Teh Sisko hadn't lied to get the Romulan's into the war, the Alpha quadrant would have eventually fallen to the Dominion.

1. Puddlejumpers. Are there people who don't want mind controlled spaceships?
2. The Metallicar. Like I wasn't going to mention this. Bonus if Dean comes with it.
3. Verna. I'm not much of a gun person, but Verna is pretty nice.
4. Angel's Jacket. I loved Angel's coat. More than I loved Spike's, and if I could have it I would be very happy.
5. Wilson. House may not technically own Wilson, but let's face it, he totally has dibs, and if he would be willing to share, I'm sure we can work something out.
PS: If anyone hears distressed wailing around 10 PM it's because I'm stuck at work until at least 10:15 and am going to miss SGA. But if you hear happy sqeeing at midnight, that's me, watching it.

I want House, Cuddy, and Wilson to run off together and have lots of babies. They can be the bestest dysfunctional family evar! If that can't happen then I just want them to all have fun sex together all the time. Just clinic patients and fun sexing.
In other TV news, Veronica Mars, Smallville, and Gilmore Girls are safe. Which is good. If they hadn't been renewed, and I was forced to mourn them while frelling Seven Heaven was still on the air, I would have found everyone who worked for CW and hurt them. A lot. In very creative ways. Possibly involving potato peelers. I can still do that for you guys if Supernatural hasn't been renewed. I don't watch it, but I'm all for helping out my flist with their needs.

Then the tape frelling stopped about 20 minutes in and I never got to see him. All the more reason to get TIVO man.

The weekend was fantabulous. I babysat during the rehearsal dinner and made $50 doing it, so that pretty much rocked. The wedding the next day was nice. It was really good to see my family up there. My cousin looked beautiful in her dress. She cried and put the ring on the wrong hand, and it was adorable. My aunt cried too, but that's to be expected. I think she's cried at every wedding she's ever been to. I ate way too much and pretty much had a great time.
But there was sadness when I returned to my humble abode. My mom and I set the timer on our VCR to record our shows while we were gone, but WOE, when we returned we discovered that, like the total dorks we are, we forgot to put a tape in. So I have missed last weeks Dr. Who. I feel I may never recover.
I spent today catching up on the shows I did manage to tape.
