Spring Break
Mar. 21st, 2005 12:40 pmWell my spring break is off to a sucky start.
My mom got a call yesterday from a friend of her dad's. Apparently he fell down a few days ago and had to go to the emergency room. He seemed ok, but the doctors wanted to keep him there to watch him but he doesn't have insurance so he didn't stay. Yesterday his roommate found him unconsious and called 911. He had a blood clot in his brain and they had to perform a craniotomy. The docotors don't know if he's going to have any brain damage or anything, but he hasn't woken up yet, so thats not good. Amanda and my mom and dad are headed to Eugene right now to go see him. I had to stay here because the kids still have another week before they're on spring break and someone needs to be here when they get home.
So I'm just sitting here watching CSI waiting for someone to call so I can know what's going on. :( Blah.
