Weekend update
Nov. 28th, 2005 12:20 amSadly though, without Tina Fey.
Thanksgiving was cool. There were tons of people in my house, but at least my family is amusing. And we put the little kids in the garage. We laid down some extra carpet, put the space heater in there, set up Danny's TV and nintendo and called it good. It was nice not having hyper kids running around everywhere.
I worked Friday and Saturday. Friday was crazy. I was in the juniors department, and man, people go insane in those dressing rooms. I don't get it. Is it really necessary to try on nine MILLION pairs of jeans and then just leave them balled-up inside-out on the floor? I don't have a problem with you leaving them in the dressing room, but could you at least make sure they are the right way out? Is that too much to ask? Am I being unreasonable? Just let me know if I am, I'm sure you can explain to me why it's necessary. I'll probably punch you in the face, but I'll listen to you first. I promise.
Saturday I worked in housewares, which can be boring, but not really all that bad. At least I don't have to deal with dressing rooms. And I like the people that work in that department. The managers name is Jude and whenever I work up there I get Hey Jude stuck in my head for the rest of the day, but it's not that bad.
Today I had a wonderful day off. Amanda and I went to see Rent. I love it, and I'm still lusting over Mark and his scarf. Really, the scarf is it's own character. I have this totally inexplicable love for it. Maybe I'm just weird. Yeah, I'm thinking that's it. Christina=Freak
Random note: But Can They Sing is the best worst show ever. It's so bad, they all suck so much, and yet, I can't stop watching it.
