Vegas, day 2

We got up and headed to The Mandalay Bay to go to the Shark Reef. The sharks were too damn fast for me to get good pics of on my camera, but I do have some of the other things.
Here are some very ugly fish. They had noses though. So they could breath air. Craziness.
A large lizard. Don't remember what kind it is.
Sting Rays! I was reminded of Finding Nemo when I saw them. These ones didn't sing though. I was upset.
Eel. I named him Steve. Doesn't he look Steveish to you?
Say hello to Jean-Luc. So named because these are the fish Captain Picard has in his ready room. Yes, feel free to laugh at my geekitude.
Me in front of a bunch of little frog statues. I'm not sure what the deal with the frogs was, but that's a fairly decent picture of me, so I'm not gonna complain. :)
After Mandalay Bay we went to the Luxor
This is the huge obelisk outside the casino. I can't help but wonder if it actually says anything. Any Egyptologists out there? Never wished Daniel Jackson was a real person more than I did then.
Anyway, we decided to go see an IMAX show. But before we could find the damn theater we got so fucking lost. I'm pretty good at navagating the casinos, so this was annoying. We just kept going around in circles. I'm pretty sure it was designed by the Gou'uld. Pure Evil that place.
We finally found the theater and saw Fighter Pilot. It was pretty fun, if a little cheesy.
Then we decided to go to New York New York beause my mom wanted to see the 9-11 memorial there.
Not the memorial, but I liked the boats, so I took a picture.
Then we went back to our hotel and spent some time at the pool, and hung around that night. I don't really remember what we did, but I'm sure it was great fun. :)
