bubbles83Yesterday was so hot, I almost died. Hotter than Hades. I'm not kidding. I ran into Satan when I went to get the mail and he was all, "Eff this. I'm going back home. It's too frelling hot here." So I didn't even go online last night to post about my shows. It was way too hot. I went straight to bed after SGA. I didn't even fall to sleep until around 1 or so. Ugh. Anyway, my ep commentaries.
SG1 AKA: Look how cute Cam is.
Wasn't there already and SG1 ep called Morpheus? I'm pretty sure there was, but maybe it was BSG or something.
So, I haven't really surfed around, so I'm not sure what the general opinion on this one is, but I was pretty bored by it. Some of the good points.
Almost anything with Vala. I love her so much. I can't even form words. I love that Daniel went to bat for her. Although I thought he was going to compare himself and Vala, not Teal'c and Vala, but I guess both are acurate comparisons. If they don't make out by the end of the season, I will cry. Weep tears of the I-Could-Have-A-Canon-Ship-And-You-Wont-Give-It-To-Me-You-Bastards type. Cuz seriously. Does it make me a bad J/D shipper that I want this so badly?
She was just trying so hard. I loved her doing her hair to impress the dude (Dr. Richards? Something like that). And then lying about how he looked dashing. I was amused. And flopping down on the bed afterward? Aww. I have to admit, I totally thought she was going to agree to spy for Woolsey, but then tell General Landry she was doing it. Double Cross! But she didn't and I was still happy with the results.
And how could you not be happy at the end when she was ready to leave, but Landry told her she passed. She was so happy. Then she got to be hot with Cam. Please tell me I wasn't the only person screaming, "Make-out! Make-out!" at the screen. I mean, I might be all for Vala/Daniel, but really. You can never deny the chemistry between Black and Browder. Damn.
Uh, for the non Vala (boring) part of the show. Cam was cute. As usual. He's such a dork. He got a Python refrence. I think I want to be in a dirty sex pile with him. I can't be the only one who said, "Oh, Cam" when he made the Duece Bigalow comment. Just. He's such a dweeb.
Teal'c just relying on his Tretonin. Aww. He's all, "I am Jaffa. I don't need your stinkin' coffee. Bitches." And telling Cam to get up, and that he would carry him. All, Teal'cwise Gamgee.
But mostly, bored. I am however, super excited for next week. Whee!!!
SGA AKA: Jesus I want to have an orgy with them
I got my mom to watch SGA with me. YAY. It's all Connor.
I'm not sure if my SGA love surpassed my SG1 love, but I think it has. I blame it on Rodney. I have many squeeish comments, so this may not be coherent in anyway shape or form. Also, I'll probabaly jump around a lot because I didn't take notes and can't remember the order of things.
I love how morally grey this show has become. It makes it much more interesting. Not to mention realistic.
I like that since the Orion was destroyed John had to get a new ship to play with. That he promptly destroyed as well. He's why Atlantis can't have nice things. Speaking of John, hello hotness. He was in all his slouchy goodness.
That meeting reunion? So cute. Elizabeth tries to be all emotional and John's like, "oh, god. She's not going to hug me again, is she? Quick, someone make her stop." And Teyla's all, "We know. Good to see you too." While Ronon grins and Rodney makes jokes, but is obviously very happy to see her too. I just want to squish them all.
The scene with Woolsey and Caldwell? Totally reminded me of why Mitch Pileggi was my first old guy crush. I love that man. I may have a crush on Robert Picardo too. I have no clue where it came from. It was just there.
I liked Teyla flying the Wraith ship. A nice turn on the ancient gene thing. An dude, John should totally give her props, because that thing has to be ten times as hard to fly as a jumper. Like comparing a row boat and a yacht.
On the subject of the ship though, pretending to blow up the main characters is getting a little old dudes. But I will admit that John forgetting to turn off the cloak was cute. God. John is such a dweeb. I want him and Cam to hang out.
Oh! I almost forgot. Teyla and Carson had a scene! Yay! I love Teyla/Carson. Although, the thought of Carson actually kissing people or sexing them, kind of grosses me out. I can't even explain why. I even find him attractive, but I cannot read fic with him in romantic situations. I think maybe I am just crazy.
And speaking of Carson... Listen I guess I can accept leaving him and four soldiers alone, on a planet full of former wraith, because I have long ago accepted that you people are obviously like genius dumbasses or something, but Carson wandering around by himself after he suspects the Lathan was murdered and the soldiers letting him? Jesus. How did natural selection not get rid of these people long ago?
I knew Woolsey would see the light at the end. He always does. I think that should bug me, but it's actually the reason I can't hate him. Or maybe that's my crush coming out again.
I watched the premier of Eureka and the first person to write me a Eureka/SGA crossover wins so much internet it's not even funny.
