ROMANA IS CLEARLY THE RODNEY MCKAY OF COMPANIONS

I'm bored, but can't think of anything interesting to share with you all, so you get another edition of CRAZY FANNISH DREAMS HAD BY CHRISTINA.

I was on a plane, flying somewhere, and I was having a very intense conversation with Anderson Cooper about something to do with Jon Stewart(I don't know, I just remember saying, "Jon would never do that!"), when I got bored or something and just wandered away(from Anderson Cooper! Dudes, what is with that?).

I sat down in another chair(which was apparently mine, since I started rummaging through the bag sitting there), and David Hewlett sat down next to me. He watched me for a couple of seconds before leaning down and whispering in my ear, "Adric was the Doctor's best companion."(not only does my subconscious thing D.Hew is a huge diva, it also thinks he has horrific taste in DW companions). We got into an argument about how I thought Romana I was better than Adric. I made the comparison that Romana I was bitchy and thought she was smarter than the Doctor and could do better than him, so clearly she was the Rodney McKay of companions. I stomped off and the dream kind of turned into something weird involving zombies that I do not really remember but wish I did.

There you have it. More from the insane mind of me.

He blames it on the fact that he was watching when he was right around the age that Adric was supposed to be.

I...am told that I really and truly MUST see Romana. Either one.

Romana is really awesome. The first Romana is great, I haven't seen much of the Romana II, but she's pretty neat too.

Hehe. You know, the only memory of Adric I have from watching Who eps in childhood was when he died. (They aired on Sundays on PBS. My husband didn't go to church on Sundays, seeing as how he's Jewish. I got dragged off to church on Sundays, though, so my Who watching was rather limited.)

I'm on this, ah, comm that I don't talk about much if I comment from work, but I think I might be able to go there and find what I need. Y'know? (Or have I been too vague, since I'm at work?)

That dream is compared to ones I used to have. For some reason I remember a dream about cannibals, fish and a ghost pirate hunting vegitation.

I can see Romana as McKay from what I've heard about her from friends (haven't quite gotten there yet... I'm halfway through 4's 2nd season and working my way up slowly)
