I finished up Life On Mars. The ending was very satisfying. John Simm is adorable and I'd like to have one. Gene Hunt owns me in ways I'm too afraid to contemplate.

I followed that up by rewatching Last of the Timelords. I love Martha Jones. Like, kind of a lot. I don't understand why she can't get her own TARDIS, pick up Sarah Jane and maybe Liz Shaw, and have fun adventures. If they ran into Ace on one of these adventures that'd be even better. It would be great. They could call it "Martha Jones Is Fucking Awesome."

If Jack and Sarah Jane can have spinoffs, then it's perfectly reasonable to give Martha one. Besides, I bet her show would be better than Torchwood. Don't get me wrong, I love the show, but it is a bit shit. And she's ten times more competent than anyone there.

I almost didn't watch the last episode last night. I'm kind of sad it's over. I really don't think the American version is going to do it justice. Although, I really do think Colm Meaney will be pretty good as Gene.

"Martha Jones is Fucking Awesome" would be on late at night and on pay cable because there will be much hot sexing. If anyone could get a TARDIS to work it would be Liz, Sarah Jane, and Martha.

It depends. SG1 has had a lot longer to be an awesome show. If you're talking season 3 or 4 of SG1, I'd say it's better. But as much as I love SG1 and Cam and Vala, I prefer SGA over the later seasons of SG1.

If you do watch SGA and start from the beginning, it's slow to start off, but once you get past The Storm and The Eye it really starts to pick up. Season 2 gives you the awesomeness of Ronon Dex and really great episodes like Trinity and Grace Under Pressure. And season 3 is the best of all of them. I think you should give it a shot.
