I spent all day on OG and parts of it kind of made me want to stab people, but it did get me thinking and I have some thoughts about Rose coming back. Some that I've had for a while and some that I've been thinking about today. (hey, I can't spend all my time thinking about how awesome Martha is. I'd never get anything done that way.)

There's so much spec about Billie coming back for a few episodes. I don't think it's going to happen, but I wouldn't be dead set against it if RTD did a good job. First thing he should do is let Moffat write it. Secondly, if it is one/all of the specials, I don't think it needs to be a reunion one. There's no rule that says the specials have to be set after S4. Why don't they set it before Doomsday? They could be fun little one off adventures or something. Although, the specials are being written by Rusty, so we couldn't use my fantastic Moffat idea.

If it is going to be a reunion one then this is what I think they should do (Keep in mind this is just my opinion and yours may [and probably will] vary greatly), Rose & co somehow find a way over here (that won't destroy the universe) because there's some big evil monster thing that's going to do bad things (I never claimed to have it all figured out. Got to leave some work for the writers). There's danger and adventuring and lols and what-not, then at the end Rose goes back to the Alt!verse. Not because she gets sucked in there and doesn't have a choice, but because she's grown and matured and moved on. She knows that yes, she loves the Doctor, but she's not in love with him. She has a happy life in the Alt!Verse with her family and new friends and she's not willing to give that up this time around. Oh, and Jackie should kiss him at one point. Because they are SOULMATESJust for giggles.

That way there can be fun with a minimal amount of emo.

Just so you don't think I spend all my time thinking about Doctor Who (It's that or Stargate, let's be honest.), I also watched Armageddon. And cried the whole way through. Clearly being sick has made me a hormonal crazy person. I was going to watch The American President, but I forgot. *sadface*

PS: I AM VICTORIOUS! I've been trying to figure out how I knew Beardy Guy from the beginning of Thursday's Supernatural. He's from SG1. And a few other shows I watch, but I actually remember him on SG1.

OMG, I was watching Supernatural with wojelah on Thursday and I was all, "That guy has been on Stargate." And she says, "Which episode?" And I said, "I don't know. But he's a Vancouver actor so I'm sure he's been on SG-1, at least."

AND NOW THAT IS TRUE. Canada rocks.

Canada is wonderful. I think 80% of the shows I watch are filmed there, so it's usually pretty easy to figure out what I know people from.
