bubbles83: (Nick/Greg - Squee! Boylove!)

So guess what I did this weekend? If you guessed a whole lot of nothing, you'd be correct. :) I don't have any tests coming up so I was free from freaking out about those, and while I did have some reading I could have (should have?) done I didn't do any of it. Saturday was spent in my bed watching movies. I watched movies I haven't seen in FOREVER. It all started with the original X-men cartoon. Man, I've missed that cartoon so much, it was truely awesome to see. The X-men moved to something I remember being really excited about watching, but now I don't even know what it was. Then I watched Matilda. Why? I don't know. It was on, and I like it for some reason, and Pee Wee Herman is in it. I think if Pee Wee is in a movie you should watch it. Then at 8 Top Gun was on. Top Gun! I have an unholy love for that movie. I love it with the passion of a thousand firey STDs. But they cut out the scene with the oiled up volleyball! What the fuck? How do you cut out what is arguably the hottest volleyball game ever? Shadowy tounge kiss? Hell yeah! At least that wasn't cut out! I would have cried. Anyway, I love that movie, and was thinking I wanted to watch it the other day so I'm glad it was on.

Then today I watched the ep of Gilmore Girls I missed on Tuesday and rewatched CSI. Should I be ashamed I rewatched a show that was just on on Thursday? No! I needed some Nick and Greg time, even if they weren't together. Especially after I got to read [livejournal.com profile] carolinecrane's entries about seeing Eric Freaking Szmanda over the weekend. I also got to read some of her stories on her website and they are wonderful. I'm glad I was able to find people who like the boylove as much as me. Now I must find a way to infiltrate their fandom so I can go with them next time. ;)
