Who is your favorite character on TV?
Hmm. That's a tough one. I'm going to go with characters on current television shows, because otherwise I would NEVER be able to pick. Jack Bristow, I think, is probably my favorite. He's such a subtle character and there are so many shades of grey when it comes to him. He can do all these not so nice things, but in the end everything he does he does because he thinks it's what's best for Sydney. He has a kind of effed up view on what's best for her, but he means well. Most of the time. Dr. House is quickly growing on me though. He's bitter and angry, but fabulous.
Who is your favorite actor?
I'm going to have to go with Johnny Depp on this one. Not for totally shallow reasons though. He really is an amazing actor. Not many people can go from 21 Jumpstreet to Finding Neverland. Not to mention one of my all time favorite movies is Benny and Joon. Yeah, he's done some shitty movies, but he wasn't shitty in them. He rocks my socks
What was your last birthday like?
I meant to do a birthday post a while ago, but I never got around to it. I went home for the weekend, so I spent it with my family. It was nice, when I lived in Eugene I never came home for my birthday, which always made me a little sad since I have the same birthday as my dad and I like to spend it with him if I can. I didn't really do anything on my birthday, but that weekend we had my grandparents and some of my aunts and uncles over for dinner. I ended up getting some really great stuff. Like fudge shoppe cookies. :) And my sister, Caity, made me a keychain with my name on it that was cute. I also might have gotten my Big Wolf on Campus dvds fromcarolinecrane that weekend so I spent a lot if it forcing my family to watch it with me. :)
What are you afraid of?
Talking to people I don't know on the phone. I hate it. I wont even order pizza. It's weird, I know. I don't know why. I don't really like talking to people on the phone to begin with, even if I know them. I also dislike clowns and mimes intensely.
What was the last thing that got you really absolutely excited about?
I think the last thing I got really super excited about was voting. That makes me sound really sad, doesn't it. I spent a lot of time working with the College Dems here at PSU, getting people registered and what not, and it was the first presidential election I could vote in. I got my ballot in the mail (In Oregon we have mail in ballots) and I did a little dance in the lobby of my building. Wow. That's kind of lame. Still. I got very excited. Then we lost, and I was sad. But I still had a great time doing my part and everything.
