Today, while I was eating luch, I overheard the most interesting conversation. The people behind me were talking about the next Star Wars movie and how excited they both were about it. And one guy said he couldn't wait to see how Anakin becomes Darth Vader. Then, I swear to god, the girl he was with said, "Thanks for spoiling the movie for me."

I almost choked on my food. I couldn't pretend I wasn't listening anymore, I turned around and just stared at her. She was totally serious. I was just shocked that someone could be that out of the cultural loop. How could you NOT know that he becomes Darth Vader? I don't understand how it's possible to grow up on the planet Earth and not know that. She must be a space alien or from a galaxy far far away or something.

I've decided that there are some things people just have to know. So, I give you this list:
1. Rosebud is a sled
2. The Titanic sinks
3. Jesus dies
4. And then comes back
5. Romeo and Juliet die.
6. So does Hamlet

Oh yeah
7. Anakin is Darth Vader numb nuts!

Also, I find this phone so offensive I can't even get into it

Bwahaha! I so totally needed that laugh. It's odd that she seemed to want to even see the movie, since she apparently didn't see the first five movies.

As for the phone...I, uh...yeah. There are no words.
