*taps LJ* Hello. Is this thing on? Did everyone die from Heroes related injuries or something? Why is my flist so quiet? I count on you guys to keep me entertained while I'm at work. Are you...are you guys working? Like at your jobs? I hope not. That thought makes me sad. Maybe you're all writing fic. Perhaps I will come home to porn. That's always nice. Maybe someone is writing me something where Anderson teaches Keith to turn his cell phone to silent. It's not that hard Keith. My eight year old sister can do it. Maybe someone really is writing me that fic where Sylar turns into a unicorn and Peter rides him around New York. I'd like that one.

I miss you guys. Tell me something funny.

I'm making a Peter vid!

I started it last week (and got most of it done) I've just been waiting for the finale to finish it.

YAY FOR VIDS! Okay. You are forgiven for not entertaining me right now, because you will entertain me later. ;)

I gotta balance out the crazy posting. I made 14 posts yesterday. Having a cooling off period right now.

But your posts are what keep me entertained. How else am I supposed to know whats going on on All My Children? I don't want to have to actually watch it.

Then again, maybe 14 is a bit excessive.

The most posts I ever made in a day was 15 on October 4th, 2006.

There was nothing special about the day, I just went a little crazy after watching Lost and a bunch of Doctor Who.

That's actually fairly impressive. I have a hard enough time trying to find something to talk about in one or two posts a day. I think the most I've ever done is 5.

Naw, it's soon bedtime here. But I should work on my book. If I find caffeine.

Tell me something funny.

*snort* Yes. That image won't leave me for a while.

Wellllll, I'm at work, but I haven't actually done THAT much work today. We had a work party. A "resident roast" for the graduating residents. Which meant lots of food and an excuse to not work. Not like I need one most of the time.

I've been adding some new icons. (http://www.livejournal.com/allpics.bml?user=pescivendolo) Whadya think?

Maybe someone really is writing me that fic where Sylar turns into a unicorn and Peter rides him around New York.

Well, if that don't sound like the smuttiest metaphor I've heard all day...

I never need an excuse not to work. I think a day ending in 'y' is a good excuse not to work.

I like the icons. The cliffhanger one made me giggle.

I do what I can. :)

I'm at work, working hard and occasionally drifting off to indulge the new fall out boy obsession that just won't die. Why won't it die??

I don't know. I spent most of Saturday finding primers on bandslash boys so I knew what was going on. I don't want this obsession. There's no way it's going to be good for me. I need John and Rodney to save me from FOB and P!ATD.

Hours, upon hours on youtube looking at FOB clips. And it really only made it worse because clearly Wentz has no concept of personal space and Patrick has a freaking ridiculously good voice. Also stupid polyfandomrecs has been posting recs and primers way too much.

Those Panic boys look 12 I can't look at them.

John and Rodney really need to rescue me from this insanity. RIGHT NOW!!

It's all polyfandomrecs fault! I was fine being amused by the few people on my flist with bandslash squee, then I got sucked in.

Someone should write something where John and Rodney save the world from the insanity of bandslash.

God, it's just so fun to make new phrases out of that.

I should stop.

Hee, I'm so easily amused.

Funny? I... I'm avoiding working on Elizabeth/Teyla fic. Which isn't really funny, but is true.

Also, because I'm crazy, pondering making [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com] co-run a Heroes crossover ficathon with me, if there's not one running already.

That's not funny. That's sad. I like it when you work on Elizabeth/Teyla fics. That means I get to read it eventually. :)

DOOOOOOOO EEEEEEEETTTTTT! Havoc and Medie craziness leads to fun times for me! Heroes is great for crossovers!

Sorry! I want to finish it one of these days (um, before the 5/31 deadline, as a matter of fact), but I have slightly less motivation than usual today. But I'll have it done before the deadline! Or someone (me) will suffer.

Hee! I was just thinking how Nathan Petrelli would totally hit on Sam Carter if he were President, and it snowballed from there. And since I only had nine sign-ups for the Eureka ficathon, I could conceivably do it! (Except that I also am trying to start up [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com] for femslash, but still. What's life without more fic to write than time to write it in?) But it all depends on if I can lure Medie into helping!

Well, I'm feeling nice today, so I'll forgive you for not feeling motivated.

You should tell Medie that if she doesn't help run it, I'll cry. Big sad no Heroes crossover having tears.

Here's something funny.

Last night in the emergency room there was this lady with her grandchildren, one of whom had hit his head, and she just would not stop talking.

At one point one of the kids said, "Grandma, what would happen if both your hands fell off?"

She replied, "Well, you'd have a hard time eating, wouldn't you?"

Containing my laughter was reaaaaaaally hard.

And I'm TRYING to work on my Blast From the Past fic. Eek.

Actually, I just wandered back to my flist to check it and had the same thought! I had Physical Therapy this morning, and then I just started working on fic that I have been TRYING to freaking finish for a week.

Heroes broke my brain in ways I just can't seem to recover from. I keep trying to write a review but it keeps dissolving into fangirling giggles. I want to marry Mohinder Suresh! And there BETTER be some great fics this summer, or I am going to freak out! (Especially about certain pairings that shall remain nameless cause it might be spoilery.)

(Also, watching Jason X on USA. Chuck is FREAKING adorable! OMG. His ears, and his voice, and his geekary. I might have to buy Jason X. I can not believe I am saying that.)

If I met Chuck I'd probably try to pinch his cheeks. He's so cute.

Hmm. I didn't even think about finals. There are times I'm glad I'm not in school anymore.

There are people down the street from me who have chickens. They just let them roam around their front yard. There isn't a fence or anything, and yet, none of the chickens ever leave the yard, let alone cross the road. I've always thought that was interesting.

The people on the street next to ours have chickens too. The family across the street from the house my dad grew up in (in Bremmerton) had a pet lion (de clawed and the two sharp teeth removed of course).

Why does washingtion seem to have no pet restrictions?
