Yeah, a layer of bacon, and then the whole thing should be breaded and deep-fried to really lock in the flavor.

The sad (and sick?) thing is that I already have a vegetarian version of that....decently often. SO GOOD. I put a boca burger in the middle, and add peas and caramelized onions with the tomatoe, lettuce, etc. etc.

At least a boca burger is better for you than a regular burger. I think, I've never actually had a boca burger before. We're all big meat eaters in my family.

I think it would be too much for me. I'd could probably only eat half of it before I felt like I wanted to curl up in a ball and hibernate for the winter.
